Orders can be placed online through the Company’s website. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may vary depending on the shipping country. Payment is required at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the website. Customers are responsible for any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes.

5. Shipping

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their product to request a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the product has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
